WELCH, WILLIAM E. "BILLY," 60, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2009 at the V.A. Medical Center.
He was a disabled Vietnam war veteran, a member of A.A. and life member of V.F.W. Millcreek Post # 5421.
He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers.
Survivors include his mother, Opal (Clark) Brite; one son, Jason Daly; one grandson; and his brother, Audie Adkins.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, 10 a.m. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial to follow in Resthaven Cemetery.
Visitation: Tuesday, 2-8 p.m.
