Mrs. Agee was born in Camak, GA, earned her PhD in Cell Molecular Biology from the Medical College of Georgia and worked as a research scientist for leukemia until retirement at the VA Hospital in Augusta. She was a member of Taylors First Baptist Church in Taylors, SC.
Family members include her daughters: Joan Albright of Taylors, SC, Catherine Weatherly and husband Rickey of Wiley, GA; son: David Agee and wife Jackie of Evans; grandchildren: Erin Arnold, Tara Reville, Lindsay Agee, Joshua Agee, Matthew Agee; great-grandchildren: Samantha Reville, Kacie Reville; brother: Henry Fields and wife Betty of Toccoa, GA; sisters: Ann Fields of Evans, Elmo Morris and husband Albert of Raleigh, NC; Betty Thomas and husband Paul of Tifton and brother-in-law: Dennis Pauley of Toccoa, GA.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rev. Henry Fields officiating.
