Manchester-Irene H. Theriault, 89, died April 14, 2009 at the Villa Crest Health Care Center after a brief illness.
She was born in Manchester on August 4, 1919 the daughter of Leodore and Rose (Bourgeois) Cote and had been a lifelong resident of this city.
Prior to her retirement she had worked in the office a Myrna Shoe Co. and New Hampshire Insurance.
She enjoyed reading, crosswords, crocheting and family gatherings.
She was predeceased by her husband Bertrand A. Theriault on January 31, 1982.
Members of her family include one daughter Denise I. Theriault of Rutherfordton, NC., 3 grandchildren, 6 greatgrandchildren and 2 greatgreatgrandchildren, one brother Roland Cote of Manchester and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be Thursday from 6 to 8 at the J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 AM in St. Joseph Cathedral Chapel, Lowell St. entrance. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
