Edward L. White, 86, of Londonderry, NH, died Tuesday, April 14, 2009 in the Pleasant Valley Nursing Center in Derry, NH. Mr. White was born in Mont Vernon, NH on December 30, 1922, a son of the late Charles E. and Elvira (Stockwell) White and was a resident of Londonderry for most of his life. He was employed for Chases Mill in Derry for many years and enjoyed woodworking.
He is survived by one brother, Donald White and his wife Alice of Londonderry; two sisters, Doris Joyce of Londonderry, and Gloria O'Leary of Haverhill, MA.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a later date. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is handling the arrangements.
