
LEICESTER-Robert A. Pepin, 69, of Leicester, died Tuesday, April 14th in the Odd Fellows Home. He leaves his brother, Roger Pepin of Worcester; two nephews, Brian Pepin and his wife, Sandy and Jeremy Pepin; niece Darlene and her husband Frank Kusy; his sister-in-law, Gail A. Pepin of Leicester and several great nephews and great nieces. His daughter Carol Pepin; a brother, Ronald Pepin; his nephew, Ronald Pepin, and a niece, Doreen Durling predeceased him.
He was born in Worcester, the son of Wilfred A. and Marie A. (Foisey) Pepin; and was a graduate of Holy Name High School. Mr. Pepin served for 30 years in the Massachusetts Army National Guard, retiring with the rank of Staff Sergeant. He had worked as an operator at Belden Wire, retired from the Christmas Tree Shoppe in Shrewsbury and last worked at Town & Country Lanes in Shrewsbury. Mr. Pepin was a member of the Worcester County Bowling Association; an avid bowler, enjoyed landscaping in his yard and spending time on the computer.
The funeral is Saturday, April 18th with a service at 11:00 a.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Saturday from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
