Obituary

Thomas M. Warren, 85, of Auburn died April 13, 2009 at Catholic Medical Center of complications from Parkinson’s Disease.
Born in Manchester on February 24, 1924, he was the son of Thomas and Agnes (McDonald) Warren. He was a graduate of St. Anselm College and lived in Manchester and Auburn for many years.
During World War II he served in the US Navy.
Mr. Warren worked at Jordan Marsh department store and Leo A. Cavanaugh, Inc. auto dealer for many years. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He was an active communicant of St. Peter Church in Auburn for many years. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and time spent with his grandchildren.
IN HIS LIFE: The family includes his wife of 58 years, Marilyn (Cavanaugh) Warren of Auburn; five children, James Warren and his wife, Brenda, of Manchester, Daniel Warren and his wife, June, of Stoughton, MA, Erin Warren of Auburn, Maureen Liakos and her husband, Steven, of Bow and Judith Wilson and her husband, Thomas, of Armuchee, GA; 10 grandchildren; two brothers, Richard Warren of Hooksett and Harry Warren of Coopersburg, PA; two nieces and five nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Friday, April 17, 2009 at St. Peter Church, 567 Manchester Rd., Auburn. Committal prayers followed at St. Joseph Cemetery, 448 Donald St., Bedford.
