Barbara E. Newton Frady, 48, passed away April 11, 2009 in Jackson, MS, at the University Medical Center. She was born to the late Lehman and Dorothy Ptak Jordan in Alturas, FL. She was a homemaker.
The visitation will be held Wednesday, April 15, 2009 from 1:00 pm until service time. The funeral service will be held at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, MS at 2:00 pm with Rev. Don Thornburg officiating. The committal will be held in Calvary Cemetery in Coffeeville, MS with Gene Hill, Steven Newton, Glen Thompson, Paul E. Frady, Shawn Davis, and Homer Melton serving as pallbearers.
Mrs. Frady is survived by her husband, Paul S. Frady of Coffeeville, MS; daughters, Lisa Thompson and Tracy Oconer both of Crestwiew, FL; son, Steven Newton of Crestview, FL; step-daughters, Kim L. Frady of Kossiusko, MS and Tammy J. Payne of McAdams, MS; step-son, Paul Eric Frady of Montgomery, AL; sisters, Carolyn Sendliski of Montgomery, AL, and Betty Paul of Paxton, FL; two grandchildren, James and Joseph Thompson; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Jordan and Margaret Golden.
