Michael Jurecka, age 45, passed away on April 12, 2009 at Seton Medical Center in Austin, Texas. He was born on January 12, 1964 to parents Johnnie Allen and Barbara (Zbranek) Jurecka of La Grange, Texas.
He was a bartender and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Michael Jurecka is survived by his father, Johnnie Jurecka and his wife Nona of Canyon Lake; his mother, Barbara Jurecka of La Grange; one sister, Darla Bundick and her husband Craig of Houston; his nephew, Justin Bundick of Houston; his life time partner, Patrick Arzola of Austin; one step-brother, Terry Broussard and his wife Michelle of Bastrop; two step-sisters, Jennifer Heiser and her husband Todd of New Braunfels and Christie Stansberry of Canyon Lake; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Memorial services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in La Grange. Deacon John McCourt will officiate at the service.
