Norma J. (Pasqual) Frates, age 74, of Fall River. Passed away April 12, 2009. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Joseph J. and Luciana (Mello) Pasqual. Before retiring, in 2002, Norma was a Senior Clerk Typist for the Fall River City Clerks Office at Government Center for 25 years. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Church. Norma was loved by her family and friends, and was an avid Red Sox fan, enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading.
She is survived by 2 children: Michael T. Frates of Fall River, and Cynthia St. Pierre and her husband Thomas M. St.Pierre of Dartmouth. 1 Granddaughter: Sarah St.Pierre.
Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St. Friday at 9:00A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph Church at 10:00A.M.
