PHELPS, MARILYN (MINERS), 72, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2009 at Seaton Special Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was a buyer for Keltsch Pharmacy, a member of O.E.S Rebecca Lodge #16 and a member of United Methodist Church in Ft. Wayne, IN.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Leo J. "Jack" Phelps; her children, Tracy Phelps and Christopher Phelps (Sheri); and grandchildren, Nicholas, Jesse, Joshua and Daniel Phelps.
Her service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with entombment in Evergreen Mausoleum.
Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Monday and after 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
