PHELPS, JANET McGUIRE, 70, passed away Friday, April 10, 2009.
She is survived by children, Elizabeth Clemons and David McGuire; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be noon Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
Burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
Visitation 2-9 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. until time of service Wednesday.
