New Bedford- Clotilde Pacheco age 76 years died at Alden Court Nursing Home after a long illness. She was the widow of Antonio Pacheco. Clotilde was the loved mother of Maria Do Rosario Medeiros and her husband Antonio, Antonio Matos, Natalia Da Costa and her husband Tiberio, Joao Correia, Maria Saraiva and her husband Daniel, Jose Pacheco and his wife Helena. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren several great grandchildren and several brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Pacheco was the daughter of the late Cecelia (Correia) and Antonio Matos. She was born in Vila Franca, St. Miguel Açores, and has lived in New Bedford area for the past 31 years. She worked at Frionor.
Mrs. Pacheco’s Funeral will be Wednesday at Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. at 9:30 A.M with a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 10:30 A.M. Burial will follow at St John Cemetery New Bedford MA. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 6-9 P.M.
