FALL RIVER...Gerald A. Melanson, 64, of Westport Died unexpectedlyMonday, June 16, 2003. He was the husband of Barbara A. (Sepanic)Melanson and the son of the late Arthur and Anna (Labus) Melanson. Hedied at St. Anne's Hospital. He was born in Fall River and was a resident ofWestport for the past 33 years. He was the Owner and Operator of theformer Tony's Auto Body of Fall River until his retirement.
Survivors inaddition to his wife include: 1 Son: Kevin J. Melanson of Westport, 2Daughters: Karen M. Melanson of Westport and Debra L. Mercer of NorthDartmouth, 1 Sister: Arlene Zajac of Westport, 2 Grandchildren, SeveralNieces and Nephews. Arrangements are under the direction of the PotterFuneral Home, 81 Reed Rd., Westport, MA.
A Mass will be held Thursdayat 10:00 A.M. in Notre Dame Church, Fall River. Interment will be inBeech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
