FINNIGAN, Honorable Richard F. “Dick”. Veteran-U.S. Marine Corps, Former Member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts House of Representatives, Ward 13, Retired Executive Secretary, BFD. Suddenly, in Dorchester, March 31st.
Beloved husband of Katherine A. (Travers).
Loving father of Janice M. Finnigan of Dorchester, Joseph J. and his wife Lisa A. Finnigan of Norwell, Katherine A. Finnigan of Dorchester, Thomas J. and his wife Patricia M. Finnigan of Hanover, Joan M. and her husband Roderick J. MacKinnon, Richard F. Finnigan, Patricia M. Finnigan and her fiancé Sean Hynes, and Robert W. and his wife Kimberly L. Finnigan, all of Dorchester.
Brother of the late Joseph and William Finnigan. Brother-in-law of Jean Finnigan of Milton and the late Barbara Finnigan.
Devoted “baba” of John and Kelly Finnigan, Dayna Finnigan, Jacklyn, Lauren, Erin, and Megan Finnigan, Scott, Jake, and Casey MacKinnon, Patrick Finnigan, Kailynn, Regan, Braedan, and Emmerson Finnigan.

Survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, Saturday 5-7 and Sunday 2-6 P.M. Funeral Mass in St. Margaret Church of Blessed Mother Teresa Parish, Monday morning, April 6, at 10 A.M.
Relatives and friends invited.
Past President of SENA, Local #9158. Former manager of St. William’s Band and lifelong parishioner of St. William’s Church. Dedicated Girls’ CYO and RBI Softball Coach for over 40 years.

Interment in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Roslindale.
