M. Elizabeth "Betty" Kerrigan, Of Woburn, Age 93, died March 30, 2009, in Woburn, at the Woburn Nursing Center. Born in Woburn, Betty was a lifelong resident. She was the beloved daughter of the late Bertha (Morton) & Daniel H. Kerrigan.
Betty graduated from Woburn High School and the Choate Nursing School. She was a registered nurse and work for over 36 years at the Choate Hospital of Woburn. A member of the Mother Cabrini Guild, which is a nursing organization, Betty also loved to travel, but mostly enjoyed her loving family.
Betty was the loving sister of the late Clarence M. Kerrigan, William C. Kerrigan, Arthur F. Kerrigan, and Florence MacQuestion. Loving aunt of Jean M. Bergeron of Woburn, Maureen Kerrigan of Boca Raton, FL, Anne Marie Caruso of Pelham, NH, Harold P. Kerrigan of Danbury, NH, Daniel Kerrigan of Stoneham, Robert MacQuestion Jr. of Georgia and Daniel Kerrigan of Merrimac, NH. Sister in Law of Barbara Kerrigan of New Hampshire. Also survived by many loving grand nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the McLaughlin-Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., WOBURN, Thursday at 9 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Charles Church, 280 Main St. Woburn at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours have respectfully been omitted. Services will conclude with burial at Calvary Cemetery, Woburn.
