Ida Pezzullo,84, formerly of Johnston, a clerk in the Johnston Tax Assessors Office before retiring in 1980, died Monday, March 23, 2009 at Scalabrini Villa in North Kingstown. She was the widow of Michael Pezzullo.
Born in Johnston, a daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (D’Ambra) Capuano. She lived in Johnston most of her life.
She is survived by her daughter Michelle A., and her husband Joseph R. Marciano of East Greenwich, three grandchildren, Joseph M., Melissa L. and Lauren M. Marciano and a brother Anthony Capuano and his wife, Alice, of Johnston. She was the sister of the late Vincent, Vito and Joseph Capuano, Loretta Donatelli and Anne Azzolina.
Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited Friday at 10:00 am in St. Francis de Sales Church, 381 School Street, North Kingstown. Burial Private. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made Amos House, 415 Friendship St., Providence, RI 02907.
