Eudora C. Woodard, 94, passed away March 21, 2009 in Grenada, MS, at Grenada Lake Medical Center. She was born to the late Leroy and Emily Fondren Carothers in Lafayette County, MS. She was an Elementary School Teacher for 32 years. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill M.B. Church in Tillatoba, MS, the Elite Club, and the Mt. Moriah District Association.
A graveside service will be held at the New Providence Cemetery in Panola County, MS on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at 10:00 am. The service will be conducted by Rev. Robert Reed with Seven Oaks Funeral Home handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Woodard is survived by a son, Percy Robinson, Jr. of Tillatoba, MS; four step daughters; one step son; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Percy Robinson, Sr. and Wilson Woodard; three sisters and two brothers.
