Marianna (Pappalardo) Thompson a lifelong Salem, New Hampshire resident died Thursday night at her home after a courageous fight with cancer, she was 48 years old.
Mrs. Thompson worked for over 20 years as an Administrative Assistant at the Kelley Library in Salem. She was educated in Salem, New Hampshire Schools and gave unselfishly to many charitable organizations to help others in need.

2 sons, Mario and Nicholas Thompson both of Salem, NH
1 daughter, Jessica Archambault of Windham, NH
Her mother, Mary Rose (Sessa) Pappalardo of Salem, NH
1 brother, Joseph Pappalardo of Salem, NH
1 sister, Joanna Pappalardo of Salem, NH
She also leaves 2 grandchildren, aunt’s uncle’s cousins 1 niece and 5 nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to services on Tuesday at 10:00am at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home 214 Main Street, Salem followed by burial in Pine Grove Cemetery also in Salem. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 3-5 & 7-9pm at the funeral home.
