Shannon Nichole Bailey Thomas, 23, Colonial Heights, VA formerly of Clarksville, died Thursday, March 19, 2009, at Richmond, VA. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Pastor Carl E. Livingston and Pastor Willie Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 PM Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of the service Wednesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born April 13, 1985 in Clarksville, TN, daughter of Gerard Bailey and Sharon Washington. Shannon was a former bank teller at Ft. Campbell Credit Union and a student. Survivors include her parents of Clarksville; her husband, Gregory Thomas, and her son, Jeremiah A. Bailey, Colonial Heights, VA; and a sister, LaShanda Bailey, Clarksville.
