O'Donnell, Tina T. (Vitina Orlando), age 79, died suddenly, in Lawrence, on March 3, 2009. Born in Boston, Tina was the devoted daughter of the late Antonina (Chiofalo) & Guiseppe Orlando.
Tina was raise in the North End of Boston. She attended North End schools and graduated from Girls High School. A few years after high school, in 1953, Tina moved to Medford. She got married, and in 1960 she and her husband moved to Burlington, where they raised there family. In 1988 Tina settled in Woburn.
After her children finished school Tina went too worked for the Balston Co. of Lexington, as an accountant. They manufactured water and air filters. She retired in 1999 after 25 plus years of work. In retirement Tina loved to travel, especially to the Caribbean. She was an avid reader, enjoyed a good movie and loved her cats.
Tina was the beloved mother of Janet Lynehan and her husband Steven of Plum Island, MA, Devon Glenn and his wife Mie of Los Angeles. Loving grandmother of Elijah, Elizabeth and Katherine Lynehan and Elijah Way. Former wife of the late Edward J. O’Donnell. Sister of Sandra L. DeMagistris of Westford. Sister-in-law of the late Nicolo DeMagistris. Aunt of Luanne Schaffer and her husband Keith of Hopedale, Nicholas DeMagistris, his wife Marie and Mark DeMagistris all of Westford. Great Aunt of Erica & Keith Schaffer, Nicholas & Robert DeMagistris.
A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret Church, 109 Winn St. Burlington, on Monday, March 16, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours have kindly been omitted.
