Charles M. Firestone of Medford died on March 5, 2009 at the Lahey Clinic. He was 90 years old. Charles was the beloved husband of the late Natalie Firestone.
Charles was born in Manchester NH and attended the Manchester schools and high school before continuing his education at the University of New Hampshire. Charles was proud to have served in the Army Air Corp during World War Two. He was a retired salesman and a member of Temple Shalom in Medford, MA as well as the Everett C. Benton Masonic Lodge in Boston.
Charles was the devoted father of Ellen Arnott and her husband John and James Firestone and his wife the late Andrea Firestone. He was the dear brother of Lillian Smith, Thelma Taylor, and Albert Firestone. Charles was the loving grandfather of Brant, Jared, and Drew Firestone and Maura and Robert Arnott. He was the loving great grandfather of Graham.
Services at Temple Shalom, 475 Winthrop Street, Medford on Sunday, March 8th at 10:00 AM. Memorial observance at his late residence on Sunday following interment and Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
