Phillip Scott Findley, Jr, 22, Clarksville, died Saturday, February 28, 2009, at his residence. A memorial service will be held on Friday at Soldier's Chapel, Ft. Campbell, KY. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery, Arlington, VA with full military honors. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home. He was born March 3, 1986 in Dekalb County, GA son of Phillip Findley, Sr. and Marian Diane Waldroup Findley. Phillip was serving in the US Army. He had served two tours in Iraq as a member of the 327th "No Slack" Battallion. He was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge. In addition to his parents he is survived by his spouse, Vicky Miles Findley, Clarksville; a step-brother, Michael Shane Bridges, Lafayette, AL; and a sister Allison Cowart and her husband Matthew of Fort Polk, LA.
