Roland J. Joyal 82, of Rathbun St., Blackstone died Thursday in Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of Rollande (Boivin) Joyal. He was born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Anatole and Florida (Menard) Joyal. Mr. Joyal was a boilerman for the Amprex Co. retiring in 1990.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons; Gerard Joyal of North Attleboro, and Marcel Joyal of Millville, three grandchildren, and one great grandchild. He is also survived by a brother Normand Joyal of North Smithfield.
His Funeral will be held Monday at 9:00 am, from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 in St. Theresa’s Church, Rathbun St. Blackstone. Visitation will be Sunday 5-8 pm.
