Manchester– Yvette L. Koster, 97, died February 14, 2009 at her home following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Manchester on July 14, 1911 the daughter of Omer and Eva (Archambeault) Raymond.
Prior to her retirement she worked for the Red Cross as well as various electronics companies.
She was a member of the Senior Bowling League and an avid gardener. She visited local nursing homes, and volunteered for F.I.S.H. and other community based organizations.
She was predeceased by her first husband Francis “Frank” Roy in July of 1963, and her second husband John C. Koster on March 25, 1998.
Family members include one son Ronald G. Roy of Manchester, one daughter Carmen Frederick of Hudson.
In Her Life: She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren Aaron Frederick of Hudson, and Mrs. Adam (Andrea) Mermer of Nashua.
Services: There are no calling hours.
Services will be private.
Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
