Estes, Valerie J. (Crosby) of Marshfield, Feb 9, at the age of 68. Loving mother of Richard “Rick” W. Estes of Marshfield. Dear sister of Richard P. Crosby Jr. of Weymouth, Lawrence P. Crosby of Weymouth, Edwin C. Crosby of Weymouth and Cindy L. Crosby of NJ. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Valerie graduated from Weymouth High School class of 1958 and from Massachusetts College of Art with a BS. She has lived in Marshfield since 1962 previously living in Weymouth and Hull. Valerie was an Art teacher at the Martinson Middle School in Marshfield for 12 years retiring in 1980.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday Feb 14, at 10:00 am in the MacDonald Funeral Home 1755 Ocean St (Rte 139) Marshfield.
Visiting hours Friday from 5 to 8 pm.
Interment will be in the Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton, MA.
