Manchester:Mildred A. Young, 100 died February 11, 2009 at Ridgewood HealthCare after a long illness.
She was born in Manchester on February 25, 1908 the daughter of John and Annie (Kelley) Prescott.
She was predeceased by her husband Freeman Young Sr. September 21, 1996.
She enjoyed crocheting and bingo.
Members of her family include 2 sons, Freeman Young, Jr., of Venice, FL. and Alfred “Roy” Young of Hampton, NH, two daughters Mrs. Roland (Marilyn) Morin and Ann Pelletier both of Manchester, 16 grandchildren,29 greatgrandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
SERVICES:Calling hours will be Friday from 1 to 3 PM at the J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.. A prayer service will be held Friday at 3 PM in the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
