Evelyn Victorino, age 89 of Swansea. Daughter of the late Emmanuel and Mary (Ferreira) Victorino passed away February 8, 2009. She was a lifelong Swansea resident, a member of St. John of God Church, choir and Holy Rosary Society and was a retired buttonhole machine operator at Anderson Little. Her main love was music and she volunteered to play guitar and ukulele at area nursing homes.
She is survived by 2 nieces & a nephew. She was sister of the late Emmanuel Victorino, Jr. and Gloria V. Souza.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St. Thursday at 8 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. John of God Church at 9 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery, Somerset. Calling hours 4-8 P.M. Wednesday
