Obituary

Doris I. (Moore) Antico 82, of Franklin died Saturday February 7, 2009 at the Milford Regional Medical Center, following a long period of failing health. She was the former wife of the late Joseph J. Antico who died in 1993 and the late Leigh Dwelley.
Born in Waite, Maine April 9, 1926 a daughter of the late Raymond & Mary B. (Renaud) Moore, she was raised and educated in Maine, and lived most of her life in Franklin.
Mrs. Antico retired after more than 31 years of service at Texas Instruments Company in Attleboro where she was a disk maker. She was a member of the Franklin Senior Citizens, the AARP, and enjoyed sewing, especially bridal gowns draperies and clothing for dolls.
She is survived by a daughter Doris MacDonald of Medway, a sister Irma Dempsey of Maine, 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Edward Dwelley, Joseph J. Antico Jr. and Jean Eldredge. She was the sister of the late Orville, Jack and William Moore and Mary Merrill.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Wednesday February 11, at 11AM in the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. (www.franklinfuneral.com).
Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Franklin.
Calling hours are Tuesday Feb. 10 from 4-6PM.
