In Boston, February 6, 2009 Frances R. “Fran” (Nardullo) wife of John J. Kourtz, died at Tuffs Medical Center after a long illness at the age of 64. Born in Stoughton, Frances was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Delano) Nardullo. She was educated at Stoughton High School and also Chandler Secretarial School, then went on to work at K Mart in Brockton and last worked at Silko Honda in Raynham. Frances and John moved from West Bridgewater to Raynham on Hickory Drive North twenty three years ago where she became involved in the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Knights of Columbus and making Rosary beads for St. Ann’s Church in Raynham. Frances was the mother of John J. Kourtz Jr. and his wife Teresa of Berkley, Mary F. Fielding and her husband Jonathan of Bridgewater, Kevin N. Kourtz and his wife Amanda of Raynham and Brian Kourtz of Attleboro. Grandmother of Samantha, Alison Kourtz of Berkley, Peter, Gabriella and Rebecca Fielding of Bridgewater. Sister of John Nardullo of Middleboro. Funeral from the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington Street in Taunton Wednesday February 11th at 10 am. Funeral Mass at St. Ann’s Church in Raynham at 11 am. Calling hours will be on Tuesday from 5-8 PM. Interment National Cemetery in Bourne, Ma at 1:30 pm.
