Ross M. Jackson, 66, Clarksville, died Tuesday, February 3, 2009, at Alexandria Hospital, Alexandria, VA. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. B. J. Brack officiating. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday and from 11 a.m. until the hour of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born March 10, 1942 in Montgomery County, TN son of the late Curtis Jackson and Elizabeth Yarbrough Jackson. He was the Executive Director of The National Association of Workforce Boards. Survivors include three sons, Michael Jackson, Palmyra; Jarrod Jackson (Catherine) and Caleb Jackson, Clarksville; a daughter, Lisa Greene, Clarksville; a sister, Julia Dee Yarbrough, Clarksville; and one grandson, Johnathan Greene.
