Carmella M. (Fazio) Ardizzoni, of Ft. Myers, Florida, formerly of Medford, died Tuesday January 20th at home in Florida. She was 93.
Carmella was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and the late Maria (Franco) Fazio. A Medford resident for all of her life except the past 15 in Florida, Carmella was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She was the beloved wife of the late Frederick Ardizzoni. She was a devoted mother to Joseph Ardizzoni and his wife Josephine of Woburn, Mary Ann Miller and her husband Ron of Ft. Myers, FL. She was a loving grandmother to Joseph Ardizzoni and his wife Michelle of Wilmington, Cheryl Lee and her husband Greg, Patrice Mitchell, Donna Trepaney all of FL, Ron Miller and his wife Heidi of CA and Kevin Miller and his wife Lena of FL. She was a loving great-grandmother of Kristen, Tyler, Anna, Domenic, Alexi-Jo and Mia. She was a dear sister to Michael Fazio of Burlington and the late Sarah Orlando, Biagio, Joseph, Anthony, and Vincent Fazio.
Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Friday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner Street, Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 4 - 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
