Arcangela L. (Benincuore) Turco of Stoneham passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2009 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. She was 86 years of age.
Born in Boston, Arcangela was the daughter of the late Angelina (Addrisi) Benincuore and Nicola Benincuore.
Arcangela was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend and will be missed by all. Arcangela loved to go to Cape Cod. Her true love was for her family. They were first and foremost in her life.
Arcangela was the beloved wife for sixty years of Patsy Turco. She was the devoted mother of Philip and his wife Gail of Chelmsford, Paul and his wife Nancy of Austin, TX and the late Nicholas Turco. Arcangela was the Cherished grandmother of Allison and Gregory Turco of Austin TX, David Turco of San Diego, CA and Jennifer Beaudet and her husband Jason of Goffstown, NH. She was the dear sister of the late Nora Benincuore.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Wednesday at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Arcangela’s life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10 am. Visiting hours Tuesday 3-7 pm. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
