WEBER, MARVIN "TUBBY," 76, of Louisville, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, January 20, 2009.
He retired from the Jefferson County Board of Education, and was an Army veteran.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Joan Robinson Weber; daughters, Debra Bruner (Ron) and Lori Moody (Phillip); and son, Tony Weber (Sherrie). He was proud of his seven grandchildren, Chad (Michelle), Shannon, Luke, Shelby, Hannah, and Travis; and great- grandson, Caleb. He is also survived by his brother, Buddy Weber; and his sister, Linda Ottman (Bill).
He will be missed by many for his love of the Lord during difficult times.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Shively Baptist Church, 1599 Sadie Lane, with burial in Resthaven Cemetery.
Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, and after 10 a.m. Friday at his Church.
