Robert A. Fawbush, Sr., 54 of Jeffersontown passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2009.
He was a retired construction worker for the Earth and Energy Company, a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Hopewell Presbyterian Church.
He was preceded by his brothers, Steven and Cecil Fawbush.
He is survived by his wife, the former Patricia ”Shay” (Allen); children, Angela Vessels (Pedro), Robert Fawbush, Jr. (Samantha), and Melissa Johnson (Michael); mother, Bonnie Robinson; brothers, Freddie, Vernon and Donnie Fawbush, Jr.; seven grandchildren. Also , survived by many acquired children and friends.
Funeral service 2;30 pm, Sunday at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Rd.
Visitation 1 – 8 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
Cremation was chosen. Inurnment of ashes at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, Radcliff, Ky at a later date.
Donation may go to his church or to the family in care of the funeral home.
