Dorothy (Duchaine) Oliveira, age 80 of Fall River. Passed away in Fall River, January 21, 2009. Wife of Antone Oliveira. Daughter of the late Alfred Duchaine and Mary (Souza) Frazer. Born in Fall River and a lifelong resident. She was a member of Espirito Santo Church. Before retiring, she was a Floor Lady at F.R. Knitting Mills for 50 years. She was a Member of the Niagara Senior Citizens Club, and a former member of the Westport Independent C.B. Club.
Besides her husband, she is survived by l Son: John Oliveira and his wife Brenda of Westport, MA. l Daughter: Barbara Ann Furtado and her husband Dennis of Cumberland, RI. 1 sister: Elizabeth Comiskey of Swansea, MA. 5 Grandchildren. 2 Great Grandchildren.
Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St. Saturday with visitation from 8AM to 10AM funeral service in the funeral home.
