Edna P. (Fougere) Ketelhut, 96, 51 Church Street, Mystic died on Saturday at Mystic Manor Nursing Home.
Born in Canada, on October 15, 1906, she was one of 9 children to William and Celina Fougere. Her first husband, Alfred Papke died in 1965 and her second husband, Emil Ketelhut died in 1991.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Dorothy Banky of Mystic and Helen A. Marsh of North Stonington and 3 sons John “Jack” Papke of Wallingford, Richard Papke of Lakeland, FL, and William Papke of Vero Beach, FL, 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Thomas More Church, North Stonington on Wednesday at 11:00am. There are no visiting hours. Burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery, Mystic.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Patient Recreation Fund, Mystic Manor, High Street, Mystic.
