Brian John Eagan, 47, of Summerville, husband of Rachelle Hamilton Eagan died Monday, January 12, 2009 at Trident Medical Center.
Memorial service will be held Sunday, January 18, 2009 at 2 o’clock at St. Lukes Lutheran Church. Following the service, there will be a gathering of friends and family for refreshments.
Mr. Eagan was born October 30, 1961 in Duluth, Minnesota, a son of John Lee Eagan and Iris Ware Eagan. He graduated from Summerville High School, Class of 1981. He worked in construction and was a life long Lutheran.
Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are:
2 daughters: Amy Pack Hoffman and Melissa Reed both of Sumter.
4 grandchildren: Sara-Ann Hoffman, Alexander Hernandez, Mackenzie Lyons and Austin Lyons.

Sisters: Laurie Eagan Kilcoyne (William) and Vanessa Eagan Porter (Allen)
2 Uncles: Larry Ware of Wisconsin and Dennis Ware (Kathy) of Wisconsin
Nephews: Michael Eagan Kilcoyne, Dustin Porter and Shay MacBurnett
Preceding him in death were his grandfather, Lawrence Ware and grandparents Ken and Edwin Fisher.
