Wilcox, John R., Jr., of South Boston, January 2, 2009 at age 63. Son of the late John R. Wilcox, Sr. and Eleanor (Judge) Wilcox. Brother of Eleanor Tutty and her husband, Robert of Hopkinton. Uncle of Lisa Kline and her husband Kevin of Franklin and great uncle of Cormac and Skylar Kline. John also leaves several cousins. John will be remembered by many for the years he played piano at The Warren Tavern, the Lenox Hotel, The Studio in Gloucester and The Front Porch in Ogunquit. Visiting hour at Casper Funeral Home, 187 Dorchester Street, South Boston on Friday, January 16th at 10 a.m. followed by a Memorial Mass at 11 a.m. at St. Augustine’s Chapel, immediately next to the Funeral Home.
