Manchester– Lenny J. Pares, 17, died January 6, 2009 at Brigham & Womens Hospital in Boston three weeks after sustaining injuries in an automobile accident.
He was born in Manchester on September 29, 1991 the son of Leslie Pares and Joanne (Vasquez) Leon.
He attended local schools and was a senior at Manchester Central High.
He belonged to the Manchester Boys & Girls Club & Kid’s Café.
His family includes his mother and father of Manchester, one brother Derick Leon, one sister Laytza Pares, both of Manchester, his maternal grandmother Antonia Nunez of Puerto Rico, his paternal grandmother Nelida Diaz, and paternal great grandmother Nellie Cartagena, all of Puerto Rico, one nephew and several cousins.
Services: Calling hours will be on Sunday from 4 to 8 pm at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home 110 Bridge St.
Funeral services will be private.
