Charles J. Tommasi, 84, of Salem, NH died Thurs. Jan. 8th at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA.
Charles was born and educated in Lawrence, MA graduating from Lawrence High School. He served his country during WW II in the US Army 150th Combat Engineers earning the Purple Heart and Good Conduct Medals. Charles retired from Avco in Wilmington, MA where he was a Security Specialist. Charles, along with his wife, Faye, owned Charles Realty in Salem, NH. He had worked at Berges Real Estate in Salem.
Charles was a Charter Member of the Derry-Salem Elks. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and hunting. Charles was predeceased by his brother John and sister-in-law Marion Tommasi.

Calling hours will be Sunday from 3-5 PM & 7-9 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH. A Funeral Service will be Monday Jan. 12th at 9:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
