Virginia F. Fisher, 90 years, a longtime resident of the Horne Home in Lowell, died Saturday afternoon at the Willow Manor Nursing Home following a long illness.
Born in Glendale Long Island, New York, she was a daughter of the late Frank C. and Mary A. (Sullivan) Fisher, and was educated in the Lynbrook, New York schools.
For many years, Miss Fisher worked as a secretary and stenographer for various business offices in New York City, Miami and St. Petersburg Florida. She was an attendant of the former Notre Dame DeLourdes Church and a member of AARP.
She is survived by a brother and sister in law, Edward F. Fisher and his wife Susan of Spartanburg, S.C.; a sister in law, Irene Fisher of Chelmsford; a brother in law, David McDonough of Largo, Florida and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
FISHER- Private Services will be held with burial in St. Patrick Cemetery.
