Francesco `Rocky` Devito, 81, Clarksville, died Monday, January 5, 2009, at Montgomery Care and Rehab Center. The funeral will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Devito was born May 17, 1927 in Bronx, New York son of the late Peter and Marie Francesco. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Rosemary Devito. He wa retired from the US Army. Survivors include four sons, Tony, Joey, and Francesco Devito, Jr., and Joe Linguar; three daughters, Maria Devito, Mona Rhoden, and Bonnie Sherlock; a brother, Peter and a sister, Mary; twelve grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
