Barbara Anne Kizzee, 77, Clarksville, TN, died Monday, January 5, 2009, at Life Care Center, Cleveland, TN. The funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Dr. Roger Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born June 19, 1931 in Huntington, West Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Raymond Barber and Mabel Ennis Barber. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald F. Kizzee. Mrs. Kizzee was a member of First Baptist Church of Clarksville. Survivors include a son, Kevin Kizzee (Elizabeth), Princeton, KY; a daughter, Karen A. Petty (Steven), Cleveland, TN; brothers, Richard and Ray Barber; three grandchildren, Harrison and Easton Kizzee, and Ryan Petty.
