Marjorie (Martin) Fournier, age 82 of Berkley. Widow of Thomas Fournier, Sr. and daughter of the late John and Mary (Creeden) Martin, passed away in Berkley, January 4, 2009. Born in Fall River, she was a Berkley resident for 13 years. She was a member of St. Joseph Church, a retired Presser at Tick Tock Frock and a member of the I.L.G.W.U.
She is survived by l daughter: Eileen Fournier Oliveira of Berkley; 4 sons: Thomas Fournier, Jr. and wife Sandra of Swansea, Gerald & wife Emma Fournier of Berkley, Michael and wife Sharon Fournier of Nashua, NH and Mark Fournier and fiancée Lori Trudelle of Berkley; 1 sister: Catherine Souza of Fall River, 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter and several nieces & nephews. She was sister of the late John and Donald Martin and Grandmother of the late Jennifer Fournier and Kimberly Bates.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St. Thursday at 9 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph Church at 10 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours Wednesday 4-8 PM.
