Cecile T. Frappier 83, formerly of Dawn St. in Blackstone, died Tuesday in St. Camillus Health Center in Whitinsville, MA. Mrs. Frappier was born in Woonsocket a daughter of the late Louis and Emma Rose (Thibeault) Viens. She worked as an assembler for Tech Industries retiring twenty one years ago.
Mrs. Frappier is survived by a son Wilfred J. Bell of NC., two daughters, Rose Stovall of Blackstone, and Pauline Ratcliffe of Stanton, KY., six grandchildren and four great grandchildren, and a brother Leo Viens of Woonsocket.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 12:00 Noon in the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham. Visiting hours are 10-12 AM Friday prior to service.
