DRACUT - David C. Easterday, 58, a resident of Dracut, died unexpectedly December 21st, 2008 at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. He was the beloved husband of Linda J. (Goddard) Easterday.
He was born in Boston on February 11, 1950, and was a son of the late Dr. Charles and Peggy (Brooks) Easterday. He received his education in Needham schools and was a graduate of Needham High School.
Mr. Easterday served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.
He was employed for twenty five years as a maintenance technician by Hewlett Packard in Andover.
In his free time he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Easterday is survived by a son David S. Easterday and his wife Iris of Lowell; two daughters Stacey M. Easterday and her fiancee William Ball, and Molly M. Easterday, all of Haverhill; three step children Jason M. LaRoche of Lowell, Mark D. LaRoche and his wife Nicole of Billerica, and Danielle Wojcik and her husband Randy of Pelham, NH; six grandchildren Devyn, Jacob, Kyla, Ethan, Emilyann, and Hunter; a brother Michael Easterday and his wife Leslie of CA; a sister Linda Santlofer of NY; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, DRACUT, on Saturday from 1 until 4 PM, followed by his Funeral Service at 4 PM in the funeral home. Cremation will follow.
