Oldmixon, William John, Capt. USN (Ret) in Bartlett,NH,May 2, 2003. Beloved husband of Suzanne (Barker) and father to Carol of Natick, Cathryn and Mary of Weymouth, Joan of Memphis TN, Elizabeth of Denton TX, and William Jr. and his wife Kaoru of Osaka, Japan. Bill’s brother Ralph and sister Mary and a loving extended family also survive him. Formerly of Staten Island NY and Dedham MA, he was a graduate of the United States Naval Academy Class of 1954. Bill served as a Naval Aviator and retired from active duty in 1978. After his Naval career he worked as a stockbroker for A.G. Edwards. He retired from his second career and moved to Bartlett in 1995. Bill died unexpectedly, but peacefully, at home at age 73. Relatives and friends are invited to join in the celebration of his life on Wednesday May 7 at 10 AM at Saint Joseph Church in Needham, the church where he and Sue were married almost 43 years ago. Visiting hours in the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Avenue Needham on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
