William Raymond Ostrand 58 of Chicago passed away Thursday December 4, 2008 in Louisville at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
He is survived by his loving wife Bibianna Hardin Ostrand, and was the greatest dad ever to his 3 sons, Michael, Brandon, and Eric.
His family will have a memorial service at their home Sunday December 7, 2008 at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to the Right to Life Organization in honor of William.
