Brother of Anne O’Neil RSCJ. of Jakarta, Indonesia. Eugene “Gib” O’Neil of Southampton, NY. and the late Cyril F. O’Neil. Also survived by 20 grandchildren.
Born in Canton, Ohio. Ralph was an executive with General Tire and Rubber Co. He lived with his family in Ohio, Chile, Venezuela, and Morocco. Graduate of University School in Shaker Hts, OH. He attended the College of the Holy Cross. Graduate of Fordham Univ. and Harvard Business School.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Maryknoll in Ossining, NY., SAT. Dec. 6 at 11AM.
