Kenneth Michael Arthur of Parkville died on November 22, 2008 at the VA-Baltimore Rehab Extended Care Center after a long fight with cancer. Mr. Arthur served in the Navy as a Boatswain's Mate Third Class. He is survived by his sister, Mary E. Mirabile and many loving nieces and nephews.
